I was really reluctant in the first place but then I thought to mylelf, "hey they probably deal with a bunch of expenisve dresses and designer stuff all the time so a hoodie shouldn't be much of an issue" Dropped it off on Tuesday, went to pick it up on Friday and it looked fine except for one thing, the metal piece at one of the ends of the hood string was missing... They said they will try to find the missing piece and fix it but I wanted to know if anyone has been in a similar situation before and if so what did you end up doing?
