Hey, Im doing my final dissertation at university on Instagram's influence on streetwear. Would be cool to get some other opinions! could anyone tell me how/if they think instagram or social media in general has had an effect on streetwear? and why this has happened? also, do you think streetwear has grown in popularity in recent years because of instagram and influencers / celebrities? how many of you recently got into streetwear because of Instagram? Is it more of a trend rather than the niche sub culture it once was? Who's your favourite streetwear influencer / celebrity? What do you think the future direction of streetwear is going to be? Opinions on recent luxury and streetwear collaborations? Has this also had an effect on the sub culture? Best streetwear brands using Instagram well? can just be a one word answer!
