I live in Sydney, and it seems to be much more accepting of streetwear than when I first got into it 15 years ago. People seemed to think because I wore 4XL shirts when I was a medium at best that I wanted to be a rapper or that I was a "gangsta".In 2017, it's very popular, with dedicated stores (Culture Kings, Khrome etc) that sell some really good stuff.
