Increasingly seeing sheer tops

Going out at night in my midwestern city, I'm increasingly seeing girls wearing sheer tops of various kinds with nipples exposed. There are patterned bralette/nighty type of things, to just straight mesh type tops.I'm just curious what people think. I'm surprised I'm seeing this so much this year but not seeing any discussion about it. I figured people would be talking about it.
