Sup fam. This one's for the older members of this sub. I graduated a couple of years ago as an accounting major and more recently I became a CPA and moved out of the Big 4 and started working at a private equity investment firm. Most work days I'm dressed MFA because we have a strict dress code, but during outings and when we work weekends people can wear whatever they want and, just like in college, people dress generally pretty awfully. But showing up in my actual clothes always gets me pretty snarky comments. Even wearing a box logo tee, people on my team are like "Supreme what. Huh, you like the Supremes? You pledge allegiance to the Supreme Leader? Supreme what, man." Wearing Geos, "Hey man nice shoes, when are they sending you to the moon?".Do you find that the reactions you get in the workplace are exactly the same as when you were in school? Do you have people you work with who are into clothes also? Are they surprised with how you dress off-the-clock vs. how you appear in the office? Do you also invest good money in your professional wardrobe? via /r/streetwear http://ift.tt/2fB9Asv
