Recently /u/kirbsy made a post about us not shipping out his knit sweater. He was correct when he said the original shipping date was sooner because we changed it after the order deadline for that month was up.We were a three man team and we each had different jobs. Recently we had to ask one of our team members to step down. The member we asked to leave was in charge of our email, social media, and shipping. We took a look at our instagram a little less than two weeks ago and realized he wasn't posting anything. Our dm had multiple emails about late orders with no response.After seeing how poor of a job he was doing we decided we couldn't have him continue to work on the brand. We told him he couldn't be a part of the brand anymore so he changed the password to our instagram and email. We were able to sit down with him Tuesday morning and resolve the issue./u/kirbsy's package was shipped out by me yesterday and we shouldn't have anymore problems with shipping.
