Got scamed by domobeads

So, about a year ago i ordered some stuff from domobeads, worth about 45 bucks. Weeks have gone by without any package so i started messaging /u/cutlerr. After many many e-mails he finally started answering me, telling me that he is really sorry and that he would send the package asap. Obviously this didn't happen and after multiple promises of sending my ordered products, stretching over multiple months, i tried to get my money back over paypal. At this point he was simply ignoring my E-Mails.The moment his paypal account was automatically freezed, he instantly contacted me, again, the same way his apologies always went on this sub. He is really really sorry, he will send me the package asap, you know what i mean, the same nice and apologetic behaviour he showed when the whole thing with the reaper chain happened. He asked me to unfreeze his paypal, and because i was naive as f i did it. Obviously i never heard back from him.To be honest it's not even the 40 bucks i lost, that piss me off. Cutlerr proved to be very unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional.
