How do I get "flour" out of my jeans?

I can't wash APC raw denim jeans made of unwashed indigo denim.Say I got a little "flour" in the jeans and it's still tinting the dye from a distance if you get what I'm saying.And usually police K-9s...well not specifically them but a lot of dogs don't like the smell of flour.
