
Background: Ordered a yeezy season 3 shearling jacket (480 USD) when they had a restock at the beginning of December. Received a woman’s jump suit a week later. Emailed them immediately about a refund or to ship me the actual item, was told that they would speak to the shipping department. Never received anything back. Emailed several more times with no response. Still haven’t got my money back. Now need to go jump through Visa's hoops (a lot harder than paypal for chargeback).Conclusion: The previous complaints with yeezy supply had to do with long shipping times, but now Yeezysupply may ship you something completely different and not refund you or let you return. Just wanted to let everyone know so that you guys don’t have to go through the same thing.TLDR: Do not order from yeezy supply, their CS is terrible and you may get something completely different and no money back.Edit: This is not a unique incident as I know someone that ordered a shearling and received a woman's tank top.Also for those of you who were wondering why Visa is more difficult than paypal, it is because VISA requires you to get a letter of expertise to say the two things are different.
