[DISCUSSION] Dont buy from Oro Los Angeles? My experience with them this past month and i need help on what to do.

I purchased from Oro Los Angeles on the 21st of November. I ordered a pair of black classic Chelsea boots and a flannel. I get a email that week saying it's going to ship out on the 27th. I get the tracking number, but USPS never gets the items? I now email them and they said they had back order and are waiting for the boots to get there to send to me. I tell them alright and they said it'll ship next week. I waited about 3 weeks and on the 10 of December they finally ship out, but it doesn't have my flannel. I now email them again and they said it'll ship out next week. I wait and still nothing, and I also get my boots and try them on and noticed the bottom of the shoe is scuffed and the stitching is messed up. I email them once again about my flannel and the boots and they kindly take my boots back for an exchange. They also tell me now the flannel is being made. I get a email a few days later saying they got my boots and that they can't take them because the bottoms were worn. I email them back and said that I literally only tried them on. They never email me back, so I tried calling and they never answered. I tried at least 20 times in the past 3 days. I now start commenting on their Instagram and of course they respond also delete my comment saying that I've had a bad experience and they message me. He then tells me that they're sorry and that they'll get me a new pair boots back, but the flannel is out of stock and can't get me one. They offer to get me another but there is no other flannel I wanted and most of their flannels are out of stock anyways. So I said I'll just wait and take a t shirt. I now get a email today saying I won't get an exchange because they were worn. Now I went through all of this whole month dealing with this to just say I gotta keep my damaged boots I paid 300 dollars for. I just don't get why they couldn't have just refunded me the flannel right when I bought it if they new it was sold out. Instead I gotta wait to get it made and they have my money and 2 why take the boots back if I sent pics of the bottom messed up before sending and the stitching messed up. This is probably the worst experience I've had with any company. So future warning for those who want to purchase from them.
