[DISCUSSION] How to stop belts from deforming/curving around its holes?

Like the title says, my belts are curving around where the holes are. I don't know why and I want to prevent this from happening in the future. I wear the black one the most, but even after wearing the brown one only three times it is already happening to it. If it helps, the black one is a size 40 True Religion belt and the brown one is a size 40 Cole Haan belt. Hopefully we can have a discussion on different methods of solving this problem, as I doubt I am the only person who is having problems with their belt deforming around its holes.
