Grailed and PayPal both sided with scammer after I returned a fake item- need advice

So recently I purchased an Off-White jacket from a user Grailed, which I (along with others) determined to be fake after it arrived.I filed a complaint with PayPal, who agreed that the jacket was fake and that I was entitled to a full refund. The jacket shipped from Netherlands, and I returned it using USPS. When I shipped it, USPS told me the customs number located on the stamped shipping label would work as a tracking number. However, it only shows that the jacket was shipped to Netherlands, nothing else. So after shipping it, PayPal ultimately ruled in favor of the seller.I tried contacting Grailed, and have emailed back and forth about fifteen times to no avail. They have been entirely unhelpful and at one point did not respond for ten days, and even then I had to email them to follow up. Grailed is now claiming that the jacket is authentic, which is an absolute joke as you will be able to tell from the pictures. At this point, I don't know what to do. I'm out $160, plus shipping costs to Netherlands. The seller tells me to stop bothering him when I message him on his Grailed account, claiming that he sold the jacket "for a friend", who emailed me and has now stopped replying. To me, it seems like a convenient excuse to save his Grailed account. Here are pictures of the jacket: http://ift.tt/2kF4RFL anybody can give me some advice to help me get my money back I would be incredibly appreciative, because I'm out of ideas at this point.Thank you via /r/streetwear http://ift.tt/2jAQsMV
