This July I weighed in at 255 lbs, today I weighed in at 220 lbs. Losing weight for some reason is propagated on the internet as a mystical concept that takes crazy diets/exercise routines. The hardest thing is keeping track of your caloric intake, which is easy with the millions of apps out there.
