Off the bat I'd like to acknowledge that the moderation has been lax recently, I'm sure you don't need another spiel about burnout/covid/etc. We want to improve this and have put a few strategies in place to help with this. One of the main things is that we are looking for a few new moderators for the subreddit, if there are enough applications we'll be looking at add up to 5 new mods in various timezones. Please answer the following as a reply to this thread - you can send it via modmail if you really need to but we'd prefer to keep them in here. The thread will be placed in context mode - this means that other people can vote on your reply but it won't make any difference and it won't be visible to users.Question 1: What time zone are you in?Question 2: What would make you a good moderator of /r/streetwear?Question 3: How do you think the quality of posts in /r/streetwear could best be raised?Question 4: What else would you change about /r/streetwear?Think of this as an opportunity to show yourself off - previous moderation, specific coding skills, automod experience etc should all form part of your response if you have any skills in these areas. via /r/streetwear https://ift.tt/3g6NGf7
