Whitelist Application Update and Changes

I'm sure some people clicking this had there heart rate increase so ill clarify right off the bat. This change is about the format of the application and not the process itself. The last few months have been tricky for the mod team as the whitelist applications have poured in more and more. Our current system worked quite well at the onset when we would only get one app every few days. However, with more applications our method of moving information from the form to a spreadsheet and then manually sending approval and denial messages has led to long gaps between application and verdict and we want to work more efficiently. To do this two things will happen.We are currently working on a website that will make the whole application process easier on both us and you. with the help of EHF mod /u/eqqy the skeleton of the website is complete and all we need is to do is polish up the edges and hopefully within the coming weeks we will be able to launch this new stage of our sub.We will be taking a brief hiatus from new applications. Our honest apologies to those of you who have already been waiting we are working our hardest to get this system up asap. If you have submitted and not yet received a verdict we would ask that you resubmit your application once the new system is up and running but put "APPLIED BEFORE REDESIGN" in your "additional comments" answer and only provide the link to your outfits.
