Grailed, wanna explain why you won't ban a known and proven scammer?

I purchased a fake Givenchy t-shirt from user wickedytg. Once I received it, I realized it was fake, and filed a dispute with Paypal. They took my side and I got a refund as soon as I shipped back the shirt.http://ift.tt/204mKwq not only did not ban the user, they let him sell the EXACT SAME TEE with the SAME false information: "originally bought from SSENSE."http://ift.tt/1VtVaYK do I know it's fake? With Reddit's help, I found that the design only exists on rep sites (e.g., iOffer) and the tag is all off according to the Givenchy LC Guide on Ebay.http://ift.tt/204mKww clearly wasn't some one-and-done scam case. He has sold a rep AJ 1 Royal. It got sold, then the same thing was listed again without any information pertaining to authenticity. There was a user comment stating that the item was fake, but Grailed hasn't prevented the user from selling it AGAIN.First sale: http://ift.tt/1VtV8Ac sale: http://ift.tt/204mMV9 the hell, Grailed? The dispute process, even if Paypal has the buyer's back, is annoying as shit. You can do better in terms of moderating the website. An email asking why he wasn't banned was ignored, and gave him time to make another damn posting of the same item. Come on.EDIT: Looks like after I sent them an email stating that I will be posting on Reddit, the user is now banned. Does it take a call-out like this on Reddit for an action? I love the service you guys provide, but I'm pretty disappointed. via /r/streetwear http://ift.tt/1UTlT2E
